Returns and Exchange Policy
Trive District offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns procedures
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to the order history section.
- Find the order that contains the item you want to return and click on the return button.
- Follow the instructions to print your return label and packing slip.
- Package your item securely and include the packing slip.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cost of returns
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Terms of refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
