Delivery Zone
Trive District items are delivered to all locations in Nigeria.
Delivery types and times
Trive District offers two delivery options: Standard and Express. Delivery times are calculated in working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you order after 1 pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days.
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method you choose. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please follow these steps:
- Select the destination of your order.
- Select the shipping method you prefer.
- Enter the weight of your order.
Gifts
Trive District offers a gift wrapping service for most products for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout.
Please note that gift wrapping may not be available for some products. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
Payments
Trive District accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit Card: Visa, Verve, Mastercard.
- Bank Transfer: Pay by bank transfer. Please note that the items will be shipped only after the payment is cleared.
Vat
All prices include VAT. The total price you pay will be the price of the products at the time of ordering plus any additional charges for services you choose. VAT is charged at the rate applicable for the country of delivery. It is also non-refundable.
